Open Question: reasons for missing period?

i am 21. I have had my period since 2 months after my 11th birthday (it came during a stressful time -- my infant cousin passed away and I got it when we were traveling to go to his funeral).... I have always been pretty regular. Although to length isn't as consistent, I get my period 18-21 days after the first day of the last period. I have been eating healthier now, during my summer job, than I have all school year. I am not stressed, as a matter of fact I am happier than during my school year. No possibility of pregnancy - I am a virgin. My last period started May 27. Over a month ago. I should have gotten it around the 16th. I am getting all my symptoms (cramps, diarrhea, fatigue... sore muscles, headaches) - all appear around the 2nd day of my period. During the first day I get dizzy and stomach pains (not cramps.... my period sets my bowel into a frenzy).. A few nights ago I was woken up in the middle of the night with intense pain in my lower pelvic area. Like severe period cramps. I took 2 midol and they subdued after an hour... Any reasons, you can think of, that would cause me to miss a period? Besides stress (none of)... poor eating (eating great)... pregnancy (virgin)... thank you more

Hi everyone, From I found out I was pregnant I have been experiencing niggles in my lower stomach, which everyone doctors included advised was normal as its my uterus stretching for baby. Today I am 7w 3days and from yesterday evening I have had this feeling of like i have been winded, and every hour or so am getting really sharp pains in my lower tummy, making me stop whatever i am doing. I have called the hospital as my doctors did not have anyone free (UK) and they are going to call me back. The person I spoke to asked me all the usual questions, like are you constipated (no), urine infection (no), and no vaginal bleeding (no), I am worried, this is my first baby and don't know if this is normal or not? more

the last time i had my period it was May 23rd but it only lasted at least 4-5 days may be less than that. It's been a month since i have had that last period and still haven't started. Ok last month me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex on the last day of my period and he did come inside me...I have a very regular period sorry if tmi.. Voting Question: 2 questions, one about labor, the other about emotions?

First of all, I'm 38 1/2 weeks pregnant. Yesterday around 5 pm, contractions were a steady 10 mins apart. They got around 7-8 by 8 pm or so, and by 10 pm they were every 5 minutes, accompanied by very strong back pain. I was having lots of pushing down pressure during them as well. I was sure I was going to be heading to the hospital. But then I tried laying down for a bit to try to relax and the intensity and pain eased up some and never got any worse. So I went to sleep. Now it's nearly 10 am and I'm still having contractions about every 5-10 minutes and lots of back pain and I can tell his head is lower in my pelvis than it was yesterday, I can feel the pressure has lowered. But my contractions aren't getting more and more painful. I have noticed that I'm having a wetter than normal discharge that is watery, but I don't think I'm leaking because it's not that much. Lots of pain in my upper inner thighs too. I know nobody can predict when a baby will come, but do you think, based on these symptoms, that it will be soon, like in the next few days at least? I'm sooooo miserable and i'm so anxious to be done with pregnancy!! Other question: last night when I was having so much pain, I also got very dizzy and sick to my stomach and I went from feeling like "oh, I hope this is it!" to having a near panic attack at the idea of being in labor. I had a bad experience with my last child and I have had a lot if anxiety about this birth because of it, but up until I thought it was time, I felt confident I was ready to handle it. But then last night I was crying and scared. Any suggestions on trying to relax more and stop worrying? Thanks. :-) more

k so before this incident i used to have my period every 3 weeks so my period had ended on the 17th of december and tht same day my boyfriend rubbed his penis on or around my vagina for 10 seconds twice he had not ejaculated in me and maybe might have had any precum then...so next morning me and him went to our school's doctor and got an emergency contraceptive pill and i got a mentrual bleeding after taking tht pill after 5 days of it it was a plan B pill so after im not sure but maybe 2 weeks after this incident i took a pregnancy test and the result was negative and the night the incident happened i kinna had cramps in my stomach and didnt feel all tht well but i was kind of ok maybe was just stress but then i think after 8 weeks of the incident my bf made me take another pregnancy test at the doctors office with my morning urine we had taken it from home and got it tested so like kept it in a bottle for 45 minutes max and tested it for pregnancy test and it was negative and same time we also did a blood test the quantitative one and the results came in afteer 2 days and it was negative as well measuring upto 0.5 or something like that under 1 though as far as i can remember or under 10 im not sure but the doctor said its perfect and its negative but i keep having weird things from day 1 of the incident and i also got a uti or yeast infection during this time and took antio biotics i have had a period every month though but in the 8th week of the incident or somewhere around that time i once had it after 5 weeks! but after the incident and taking plan B i started getting my period every 4 weeks and in between once got it for 5 weeks but they were all normal like they always have been and last for 5-7 days which is normal...and one time maybe 9th week after the incident my periods first day i threw up but that be cause i was going through the infection at that time and the medicine i was using was strong only happened once and my boyfriend would still get worried so on the 14th week after the incident my boyfriend took me to get an ultrasound done from an abortion clinic and that is when i was about to end my period too my 3rd period after the incident so the ultrasound was done and nothing was seen and the technician said there is nothing and ure not pregnant and it seems like ure about to end ure period even she knew that i was on my period and about to end it shes like there is no sign of u being pregnant...and i sitll get my periods every 4 weeks and there normal flow is normal and lasts 5-7 days but im in the 25th week after the incident now and lately i get stomach cramps one day had alot of lower abdomin pain in my right and laid down on my stomach so pain started in lower back too but i randomly get cramps in my stomach mild ones or get back pains and lately was getting headaches too but im not sure i havent checked my weight but i kinna eat alot too so i think i might be getting fat but thts just normal fat and not a child in me im not sure but another strange thing that happened was when i was on the 20th week of the incident i had a few like vibration kinna things like a pulse in my right lower stomach always same place a few times but then a few days later had it in my leg so could be muscle spasm i dont know what to do like even ultrasound came out negative and if i were to be pregnant that was my 4th month it shudda showed up on that atleast i dont know but lately im having alot of discharge come out too but that could be cuz im ovulating maybe cuz my last period ended on the 30th so i dont know but like its as if i am bout to get my period again cuz had alot of discharge come out cramps and then even hornyness was getting alot i dont know what to do please someone advice me as to what could it be am i pregnant or not the biggest thing is ultrasound came out negative on the 14th week of the incident so if i were to be pregnant id be almost 4 months when got the ultrasound done i dont know SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME OUT AND REPLY ASAP!!!thanks alot!!!PLEASE REPLY ASAP!!!im in urgent need of help PLEASE!!!it is not me just even telling my bf that my stomach hurts or that getting a back pain he puts pregnancy in my head so i get paranoid too please help me out cuz i am getting cramps and lower back pain and alot of vaginal discharge but ultrasound done at 14 weeks turned out negative too and the technician said ure not pregnant for sure!!!i dont know THANKS ALOT GUYS REALLY APPRECIATE IT!!!THANKS ALOT!!!AND I GOTO THE BATHROOM QUITE A FEW TIMES TOO!!!like i always have gone to the bathroom alot even before the incident took place but my bf thinks i go even more now!!! more

I'm 38 weeks now and starting to get anxious! My fiance and I have started walking every night to try to help kick-start labor [so far, no luck!] Last night during our walk, I felt like I could barely make it! Every few feet, the top of my stomach would tighten up and I would get a stabbing pain in my vagina. The sensation would literally stop me in my tracks. After we got home, I took a shower and lay down and felt okay about 30 minutes later. I'm not having any of these symptoms today, but my back and pelvic area hurt so much I feel like I can barely move. I'm a little confused about last night's symptoms. I'm not sure if the tightening feeling in the top of my stomach is Braxton Hicks, or if it's my little girl stretching/moving. Normally I feel Braxton Hicks down low and it's more of a crampy feeling. This is up high and completely painless but it seems to be happening a lot lately. The stabbing pain in my vagina almost felt similar to what I've experienced when I had a UTI, but I'm positive I don't have one. Does this sound like anything you ladies have experienced later on in your pregnancy? Is it something I should call the doctor about, or should I just wait until I go in on Friday and mention it then? more

Okay, well I've got a few questions. FIRST things first. I think I'm pregnant. Last month yeah I had my AF May 6 it came, usually comes on the 4th but it sometimes gets all confused. It came heavier and sooo much more cramps it was crazy I thought I needed to go to the Emergency room! I took tylenol and they went away, thank God. After. My period was simply regular and nothing happend. After... (1 week later) I had sex with my fiance' Unprotected. Than again during ovulation and a whole lot of times after, unprotected. WELL here's where it starts. I wasn't sure if it was my normal ovulation, it was so much more, and much whiter...usually mine is clear. For the past 2 weeks, since a few day after ovulation I've been getting gassy pains, constipation, hearburn, gowlbladder issues and menstrual cramping. No spotting or anything just these really annoying, no so painful cramps in my stomach abdomen and pelvis area. I've been so tired, when I fall asleep NOTHING can wake me. I've got these headaches that stike out of no where, and even sometimes a little bit of sickness hits me if I eat a meal or smell something stong (perfumes ex). Also been having really annoying lower back pains, kind of like the cramps i have in my tummy, just in my back, so weird. I never had this before and I was wondering if anyone thinks I'm pregnant. No tests yet. I took one during the ovulation time, but it was negative, but that's WAYYYY to early.. I plan on taking one tomorrow since that'll be 3 days before my next period (Due June 4) I just need some 2nd opinions, pleaseee.My last check up was on May 24, and I had no Stds. Jesus. My Fiance' and I both do not have any kind of STDs. Trust me on that one.AND on may 24 I couldn't get my blood test to see if I was prego because I got 2 shots before that.OHHH AND!!! Im a little over three months pregnant and sometimes not often i get a dull pain in my stomach and lower stomach. Not like cramps but just a pain. I hear its common, has anyone else expirienced this? Resolved Question: Extreme Stomach Cramping/Diarrhea/Backache?

Anybody ever have this? Extreme stomach cramping after any excitement, but not always stressful situations. (Sitting in traffic, getting stressed at work, also seeing old friends, "exciting dreams" or even shopping.) This has been going on for 6 months, and more painful than menstrual cramping lasting 5-30 minutes almost daily now, doubled over. Also, lower backaches when I first get out of bed in the AM, new bed and comfy so doubtful it's the bed. This back pain eases within the first 1 hour of being awake after BMs. Diarrhea, my only BMs are in the morning during Extreme back pain. This has been going on for 4 years or so, 4 years of diarrhea even on high fiber diets. I have been obviously miss-diagnosed 100 times over and now in the past few months its growing worse. I have 2 ultrasounds in a week, one to visit the female organs the other gall blatter, liver etc. The Doc recommends an upper endoscopy and colonoscopy, so a upper and lower scopes but it's all going to cost upwards to $1,000 which I don't have. Have you ever had Extreme cramping following excitement, with a common back and lower gi link? Liver? Spleen? Uh, I can't find anything online with common symptoms. Female, 29, no chance of pregnancy, yes, big drinker. Oh, the stomach issues started which ibuprofen miss use for the backache, of course washed down by...beer. (now i know....duh) more

I posted this question yesterday but didn't get any helpful responses... I know that dizziness and lightheaded ness is normal during pregnancy but yesterday I was at my desk at work.. doing nothing strenious and nothing out of the norm and I started feeling really light headed... which for me i get so i drank water, etc... and still nothing.. and I felt sick to my stomach and than at that moment I really thought I was going to faint. The whole room was spinning ! ... I have not felt that bad in a long time.. to the point where I really really believed I was going to faint right then and there.. I ate a good breakfast just an hour before this happened and like I said I didn't do anything. I wasn't in the heat I was just at my desk in a nice leather chair lol I went to my dr after it happened just to make sure since I was getting lower belly pains too and they checked my blood pressure and than my dr got called to the hospital to deliver a baby so I never got to see her. I have rescheduled an apt for today and now i'm wondering is it nessassary .. should I go?? I hate going if she's just going to tell me oh it looks great drink water and go home lol more

Ok so. Here is the whole sha bang. On the 23rd, I got my period. A week before that I was experiencing some brown-discharge, period like thing. I found out that was just a cleansing thing. We has sexual intercourse during those days. I had sex on the 29th, the morning of the day after my period. It was unprotected, but I am on birth control and it was the 4th day into the pack and he didn't ejaculate in me, but I know that doesn't matter. I have been using birth control since december. On May 2nd, I started to feel sick to my stomache. That went away. I have had lower back pain, but it comes and goes. My stomach has been for the two mornings been waking me up with gass and then hunger and it usually doesn't do this. Could it be that I am pregnant?i am also getting this white thin cream of a discharge and occasional side pains, but that might be because i'm ovulating....but im on the pill...I am suppose to get my period in about 10 days also. more

Hello, thanks for taking the time to read my question. I am about 15 weeks pregnant and have been having stomach problems for the past two days. Yesterday, I woke up with a sharp, knife-like stabbing pain in my upper abdomen, right at the bottom of my rib cage. Even though the pain was pretty intense, i attempted to go to work and ended up vomiting on the way there. I only had cereal that morning, and throughout the day I was unable to keep ANYTHING (even water and soda crackers down). Finally at about 8pm i stopped vomiting and was able to keep water down if i sipped on it. During the evening, the pains woke up me up about once an hour and are continuing to make me cringe. They come about every 20 minutes and just last about 5-10 seconds but THEY HURT! I have tried antacids, i know heartburn is common in pregnancy but am not reacting to them, and i think the pain is a little low for heartburn. And definitely feels more intense then what other people describe it as. My question is, could this just be a bug? Should I wait it out another day or should i call my Dr.? Has anyone had these symptoms before? Do you think it is pregnancy related? more

So everytime me and my boyfriend have sex we use a condom, and were always pretty careful when it comes to making sure theres no holes or tears or anything in it, before we have sex, and one has never ripped during or anything. Well, we started having sex in March, on the 27th of that month I'm sure. And I started my period on April 13th, but it was strange because normally my period lasts 7-10 days and I usually have a really heavy flow except for the first and last day of my period, well when I started it was lighter than normal, and kind of a brownish color, and it only lasted 5 days. My mom says it's because I could be irregular, but my periods have been pretty regular for the past two years. Not only that but, I get sick to my stomach if I eat certain things, that I usually love, and sometimes those foods make me feel like I'm going to throw up. I also have been feeling like my stomach is like, twitching, and it's normally right below my bellybutton, where girls normally get cramps at, I get them pretty frequently, especially when I'm hungry, and no it's not stomach growls. Along with that, I somtimes get sharp pains in my lower abdomen, and they usually last around 30 seconds to a minute at max. And I've been extremely tired lately, like just the other night, I slept for 12 hours then the next day right after school, it was like I was even more tired than the night before. I havent really had any frequent urination, but if I feel like I have to go but its not that bad I wont go, and then like five minutes later its like holy crap! I'm going to pee my pants. Oh and I've been getting really dizzy a lot lately, like when I get out of bed in the morning, or just stand up out of a sitting/laying position I get quite dizzy. But the strange thing is, I've taken three pregnancy tests, and all of them have came out negative, but I dont know if I used them right, or if they were defective, or something like that. I was thinking I might go to the clinic(plannedparenthood) and get a test there, just to make sure. Opinions!? Please, and thank you, any advice is appreciated. more

As some of you know, my Golden gave birth to puppies a month back. We noticed that her back has quite a low slope probably caused by the weight of the puppies when she was pregnant with them. She had 10. My question is, will it ever go back to normal again like it was before, straight that is & when? Thanks for your answers. Additional Details To Stalkers, you're very wrong. 1st of all, my Golden goes for conformation shows & her back has always been straight. 2ndly, how hairy can a Golden get for me to not be able to notice it huh? After she gave birth, she continued her OB, Agility & canine freestyle practices. She is showing no pain. If she was, she would have refused doing all of this or would have at least yelped in pain. She has been to the vet's a few times. Before, during & after pregnancy, doctor confirms she is is good shape & in perfect health. She has very nice conformation too. She comes from the famous line, Gold-Rush. It's just that the weight of the puppies bent her back. It's the same for humans. I've seen other female show dogs that have been bred before also have the bent backs. I think this is common. I just want to know if it'll go back to normal again? Additional Details Just to add more details, her back started to slope lower as her stomach got bigger & heavier. It didn't bent all of a sudden just like that. Not after she gave birth it happened. It was happening as her stomach was growing. I still think it was the weight. I could ask the vet when I go next week but I doubt it is something serious or life threatening. Infact, comparing my dog's sloping back with all the others, they all look the same right now. 4 minutes ago The females are still allowed to enter for shows & are still winning rosettes. So I don't think it's all over for my dog is it? Well, ever if it is, I am not upset about it. I have bruises all over my legs and some on my arms. I don't know what from. Some have been there for a month. And they're not fading at all. I also always feel weak & achy like you do when you have the flu. It's on & off everyday. For like two & a half years? I think around that. I get random pain in my bones & muscles. It's only been the last like month-three months this has been happening. Another thing is all my younger sisters are taller than me. I'm almost 17 and they're 12 & 14. Is this normal? Idk. My doctor doesn't think anything is wrong with the bruising, but I'm kind of concered. Cancer is VERY common on both sides of my family. I do not know if it could be cancer or if I'm being too worried.. I have no clue.. Ok so I had sex way back in December, on the 21st to be exact. I used the withdrawal method which was extremely stupid of me. I did have my period already during the month. I was also not on any birth control. I was extremely stressed out- however I got my period in January, February, March, and April. They were all normal menstrual cycles as far as I know. However, last month I had a bacterial infection, so I was on medication for that. Now i have a urinary tract infection and currently I am taking antibiotics for that. Lately, I've been feeling some sharp pains in my side as well as the middle of my back where your kidneys are, my mom said that would be the kidney infection. I've gotten extremely sick over the past couple of days. I have had a fever, the chills, frequent urination, headaches, and dizziness. My mom said that was also a result of the urinary tract infection. I feel ok now, and am happy I'm not dizzy anymore. For some odd reason I am paranoid about being pregnant. I don't see anything physically different about me. I have taken five pregnancy tests so far, and one was done at Planned Parenthood which was the "pee in the cup with the strip test thing". I feel a heartbeat in my lower stomach, however I do not feel any movement what so ever. Also, I don't have weird food cravings, morning sickness, nausea, my clothes are not tighter, my breasts are not tender or sore, and I'm not constantly hungry. Voting Question: I thought I was pregnant?

I have a 30 day cycle and my period is never late unless I'm pregnant. I had sex when I was ovulating and about 5 days later I started spotting. I spotted for 2 days. On the second day, I wiped myself and saw bright red blood, almost pink on the tissue. I was also cramping very intensely during this time. I took it as implantation bleeding and kept on. Continuously after this, I began having intense lower back pain, lower abdominal cramping so bad that sometimes it would make me stop whatever I was doing at the time and grab my stomach. I began to worry a bit but just wanted to wait til I could take a pregnancy test. After this, I began having breast tenderness mostly in my nipples and nausea off and on through out the day. I really felt pregnant. I've had two children. When my period didn't come on the day I was supposed to start I took a First Response which gave me a negative. My period was three days late but it doesn't feel normal to me. I normally have a constant flow that starts out really light, gets to medium and then gets light again and stops at about 5 days. This time, I began spotting the day before but it was brown-ish red. When the actual bleeding started the next day, I thought it was normal unless I noticed I don't have a constant flow and I have intense cramping with more pain on the right side every time I bleed. The blood is bright to dark red with clots and tissue in it. Nothing large. But a bunch of small bits of clots and medium bits of tissue. I am also feeling dizzy today and a bit light headed and my lower back hurts every time I cramp with the bleeding and it's felt like I had a pressure in my lower back. Resolved Question: strange back/stomach cramps?

Hi, hope someone can help shed light on this. The last couple of weeks i've suffered from some very painful cramps. It's only happened about 4 times in the last two weeks. Out of nowhere it suddenly starts as a slight ache in my lower back and sides, in then become more of a cramp-like feeling and then all of a sudden I feel this incredible cramp like pressure feeling in my lower back, sides and lower abdomen. It kinda feels like my insides have suddenly gone tight and are squeezing me. This lasts for about 5 minutes. For the rest of the day i have an achy feeling in my back (a bit like when you pull a muscle and few days after it still aches a bit) but i've never had an "attack" more than once in a day. I also feel very nauseous during the "attacks" but never vomit. 2 years ago I had an ectopic pregnancy, and a few months ago i had a laparoscopy during which adhesions and endremetriosis was treated. I remember having TWO attacks like this about 2 months BEFORE i got pregnant, but I wasn't on my period so i didn't think it was menstrual cramps. Didn't have the pain again until these last two weeks. My stomach is also VERY bloated. I am currently on the pill, but was told after my operation to take it continuously for 6 months. I have been bleeding the whole time (since feb) and have just been perscribed some temporary tablets to stop the bleeding until the consultant can see me again, which have worked. I am 100% definately NOT pregnant. I've also suffered from about 10 UTI's in the past year, the last of which made me very sick. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Could it just be menstrual cramps? I don't want to blow anything out of proportion but when i get an attack the pain is awful. Thanks in advance. P.S. (idk if this matters but my mouth is watery (on and off) n kinda tastes like i just swallowed tinfoil (sometimes tho not often), nose sometimes runny, and my breasts feel pretty heavy-but they are Ds anyways so they always feel a bit heavy... just not THIS heavy- and my areolas(sp?) are darker, but i also have been tanning so that could cause it too) and im usually regular but lately, it seems like i NEVER poop lol my boyfriend and i have had sex ... alot this month lol (no condom since we have been together for a long while) so... there IS a chance i could be i guess... my last period was april 2nd and i should get my period... Okay, I asked this late last night and only got 2 answers..which were just that she'll be here soon (which I hope is true).. But I need to know some ways to naturally induce besides what we've tried... Here's the post again.. I'm 40 weeks today. I have Hypoglycemia (since 2004) but not gestational diabetes.. and I've developed Lupus during this pregnancy. I'm 50% effaced and 3cm dilated (as of Tuesday) but I'm sure it's more now from walking and sex.. She has dropped even lower into the birth canal since yesterday because my stomach actually looks smaller and I can feel the pressure more on my vagina (especially when I wipe after I pee) and my vagina itself seems as though it's opened up more.. The doctor said he gives me through the weekend and she'll be here..and that I could look online to find some ways to help naturally induce if I wanted. Well, we've did sex, walking, and nipple stimulation. I have the dull back pain and lower abdominal pain like my period used to feel, with the burning and all, that just won't go away.. And those are at a constant.. And I also have contractions.. every 4-7 minutes for an hour.. Then they'll get back to every 10, then back to 4-7.. I slept 18.5 hours last night.. I went to bed at 830pm and woke up today at 230pm.. I actually have a had a fever of 100.7-101.3 for no reason since yesterday morning, as well.. Hey all. Here's my dilemma: I've had this very weird gut feeling for about a year now that there is something wrong with my reproductive organs. I had always known that my mother had a difficult time conceiving. A fertility specialist did laparoscopic surgery, and endometriosis was found on her reproductive organs. However, it was cleared up with some medications which stopped her period for a year. I never really knew much about endometriosis. I didn't even know what my mother's symptoms, if any, other than infertility. I never gave it much thought until I started getting this intuitive feeling that I myself am infertile. For some reason, out of nowhere, I had this gut instinct that something is not right "down there". Months later, I began developing weird symptoms... dull, stabbing pain on the left lower abdomen (was at first an on-and-off thing, now is CONSTANT); cervix/uterus-area pain during sex; strange, horrible pain that felt like uterine contractions; ridiculously excruciating cramps followed by the absence of a period for over two months; heavy flow. During summer 08 I experienced a lot of stomach issues as well, nausea, IBS... and now I find myself constipated a lot. Doctors AND home pregnancy tests confirm I am 100% NOT pregnant. And every doctor I've gone to told me I just had IBS and irregular periods because I'm still young-I'm 18. I've gotten multiple gynecological exams with Planned Parenthood and my regular physician, all revealing nothing, but I've never discussed the possibility of endometriosis with them, or told them about my mother's case. I looked it up, and found it was hereditary. My mother isn't much help on this. She isn't really answering my questions very clearly, because it was a really really long ago for her. She herself doesn't know much about it, and of course wouldn't know about any different procedures, etc. Does anyone have an opinion about whats happening to me? What can I expect for the procedures for diagnosis? What happens during laparoscopy (and post surgery problems/pain)? If I do have endometriosis, what do they do to treat it, besides stopping your period with pills? Can it come back? Are you guaranteed fertile after? And WHAT ELSE COULD THIS BE BESIDES ENDOMETRIOSIS?! You don't understand how appreciated serious responses will be, I'm nervous about this. more

Okay, so I think I might be pregnant, but it's still too early to tell. I started my period a week early, which was a week after the unprotected sex. It wasn't as long or as heavy. Ive been having cramps for 2 weeks now. Not as bad as period cramps or as often. More like an very uncomfortable light pain that only happens maybe a few times a day. The cramps are down in my lower stomach and occasionally on the side near my hips. Do you think I'm pregnant..also, Does anyone know where the normal place to get cramps during pregnancy is because if im not pregnant then that means something could be wrong with me. All help would be greatly appreciated and please only serious answers. more

Resolved Question: Is it normal to hurt after sex during pregnancy?

I'm 6 months pregnant. After I have sex my back, lower stomach and vagina will hurt. Its not like severe pain and theres not blood, but its really uncomfortable.... This has happened through out my whole pregnancyy.. I know your probably wondering why I don't talk to my doctor about this.. I just dont feel comfortable talking to them about it.. I might at my next appointment or call Mondayy.. But what do you think it is?? help! more

Resolved Question: pregnanc, pill and period question?

Please help i'm so confused. Ok so around Jan 12 i had my last peirod and used no protection for the rest of that month. About a week into february i started feeling really tired and nauseous at work and was getting really sharp pains in my rib area. I had a period that only lasted 2 days and was really light in February and than i got some spotting of dark red/brown blood in march. Anyway i took a pregnancy test yesterday and it came out negative. Im so shocked cause i really thought i was pregnant cause for the last two months i have been feeling very light head and dizzy, tired during the day, lower back pains and stomach cramps, very very bloated and and feels hard when i touch it, it kind hurt when anyone like hits it by accident irritated nipples and sore breast (my breast and stomach is actually larger but not by much) headaches everyday increase in apatite sensitive to certain foods and smells im always feeling dehydrated and need to pee every 3 hours and very uncomfortable sex and even sitting upright in the car is uncomfortable anyway why would my test have come out negative if i have been feeling all of these symptoms. should i take another test? will it make a difference if i take a test first thing in the morning? so i have been geeting very very light dark red/dark brown blood so little im not even using a linner. but now im taking my pill to make me have a period and it gotten heavy enough to use one pad a day and it gone almost black colour and in the morning its bright res/very light pink. this is not like my period at all. what could be causing it? more

Resolved Question: Could someone with experience tell me what's going on?

Last month the day after my cycle went off my boyfriend came in me three times. The next day he came once. I was told that the first four days after your cycle is unlikely that you will get pregnant. Early this week my breast are very sore to the point where I can barely take it, and every time I get up I feel like I am going to fall back down. I am always sleepy even when I just woke up; I just want to lay back down and sleep. I also have lower stomach pain but that's not bad. Today I noticed a big increase in my discharge. Its milky. My cycle is not due till Saturday. I don't think its my cycle because my breast are small and they never hurt during my cycle. It could be pregnancy but I don't know and I don't want to tell my man until I know for sure. I'm scared to take a pregnancy test because I don't want it to come up negative. What should I do? Has anyone else experieced these symptoms? more

Like 2-4 weeks pregnant... 1) Only ONE sore nipple, no discoloration, but it only lasted a couple days then went away 2) Loss of appetite, tummy growls, but just don't have the 'want' to eat 3) Crying for stupid reasons 4) VERY low pains on the left side, similar to period cramps but not as strong, and only lasted about 15 min then went away 5) Sleep disruptions, waking up about 4 or 5 times during the night and having trouble falling back asleep 6) Stomach ache in the mornings (similar to a stomach bug) followed by diahrrea Any of these sound familiar from early pregnancy???
